We appreciate experience in a similar position, but is not required. If you want to develop, you draw freely in AutoCAD and you know English, we will teach you the other necessary skills.

Receive redlines from team members, and make necessary adjustments.
Responsible for making changes on site plans/ construction drawings as required.
Identify opportunities to improve quality and services, and participate in their implementation.

โข Course exposure to structural analysis and the design of structural materials (e.g., steel, concrete)
โข Experience using MS Excel and other general-purpose software for engineering calculations
โข Experience using AutoCAD drafting software
โข Understanding of spatial relationships to resolve potential interference issues
โข Understanding of structural load paths
โข Knowledge of bolted and welded connection design
โข Detail oriented and self- motivated
โข Good written and oral communication skills
Essential Job Functions:
โข Learn to perform detailed structural analysis of original, modified, and proposed telecommunication infrastructure installations
โข Learn to perform detailed structural analysis original tower mounts and create modifications for failing mounts
โข Review insufficient analyses in order to reduce modification costs
โข Learn to determine the cause of overstresses in the tower members and plan for practical cost-effective reinforcement/modification systems
โข Specify reinforcement systems and components to address tower overstresses and customer requirements and produce well documented calculations
โข Produce tower and foundation reinforcement/modification conceptual sketches for the Structural Detailer to develop into design, fabrication, and erection drawings (CAD)
โข Review and approve Auto CAD drawings for tower and foundation reinforcement/modifications designs
โข Use computer-assisted engineering design software and equipment to prepare engineering design documents
โข Learn and utilize RISA Tower software for structural modeling and analysis.
โข Learn how to detail and design tower/reinforcement erection, mount reinforcement/erection based on construction practices
โข Review of steel shop fabrication processes and/or knowledge of fabrication shop tools and capabilities
